It's a shame really that you choose to apply the watermark on all youer beautiful and magnificent work. I love what you do but that takes away all the charm.

That's to prevent people from stealing them and printing them as iPhone back covers. I've seen some of my images grabbed that way.

I'm aware that's a risk every artist is exposed to whenever he or she chooses to share his work publicly, especially on the internet. But isn't that our final goal? To have our work shown and liked? Because that's just the point: people who download our work and use it to print it on his or her favorite item or have it as their wallpaper or whatever, do it because they like it. They like it so much, they even do that. And we won't be any poorer or richer because of it, but our work is certifiably liked and known. It's the most free publicity we could have!
Anyway, it's just my way of seeing this and I mean no disrespect whatsoever, of course.

Keep up the good work.:)

You missed my point by a mile. To have our work shown yes... to be abused, no. I'm talking about people who sell merchandise using the images without artist permission. They have done that on several of my images.

Ok, I see  your point. I was talking about personal usage of the images, with no profit involved. You're probably right, then.
Too bad for the rest of us who can't watch these pieces properly because of these people.
